Russet Shores Lampshade

A beautiful fabric lampshade designed by Blue Crocus Textiles in our Ipswich, UK studio. The design is very attractive and can be used as a table lamp or ceiling lamp. The vibrant scenery of mountains and wilderness captures the essence of the countryside.

All of our lampshades are lined with a heat-safe PVC backing material that has been tested and passed the glow wire test carried out by the Lighting Association. Low energy bulbs are recommended for use with this lampshade, with a maximum of 60 watts.

Fabric: Both the outside and inside of this glorious lampshade are covered in fabric. The external fabric is Russet Shores from Voyage Maison, while the internal is covered in a plain green fabric. Each lampshade is handmade to order with a rolled edge for a clean finish and may look different to the picture due to pattern repeats. We will always try to match the picture as closely as possible. Due to the pattern size, it’s not always possible to pattern match the join. The lampshade will fit the standard bayonet cap (BC) lamp and can also be used with continental fittings by removing the converter plug in the center of the fitting.

All lampshades are handmade to order in our studio based in Ipswich UK.

Lampshade Fittings

When ordering there is a choice of fitting to suit UK, European and American lam ps with options for both ceiling/pendant and table/floor lights.

EU/UK fittings are complete with a convertor reducing ring that allows switching between the 2 sizes

Spider (USA) is a fitting for lamps with a harp and finial.

Slip Uno 1.5 inch (USA) this fitting is for USA lamps with a fitting under the bulb, there is more than 1 size of this type, our lampshades will only fit those where the fitting width is 1.5 inches

Lampshades made by Blue Crocus Textiles and handmade to order in our studio which is based in Ipswich, UK with an expected time from order to dispatch of 1 week or less.

Small and medium lampshades will be dispatched by Royal Mail with full tracking.

Larger handmade lampshades will be dispatched by courier.
