Our most popular item! The Voyage Bird Lampshade is a beautiful fabric lampshade designed by Blue Crocus Textiles in our Ipswich, UK studio. Its attractive design makes it a versatile piece that can be used as a table lamp or ceiling lamp. Available in multiple sizes, this lampshade comes with a plain white, brushed gold, or brushed silver inner.

All of our lampshades are lined with a heat-safe PVC backing material that has been tested and passed the glow wire test carried out by the Lighting Association. We recommend using low energy bulbs with a maximum wattage of 60 for this lampshade.

Fabric

The fabric used for this lampshade is Cranes from the Voyage Maison Kyoto collection. Elegant Japanese cranes are poised gracefully in this enchanting design, making it a perfect choice for a statement piece in any room.

Our handmade lampshades are available in a range of sizes from small table lamp shades to large statement pieces.

Lampshade Fittings

When ordering there is a choice of fitting to suit UK, European and American lam ps with options for both ceiling/pendant and table/floor lights.

EU/UK fittings are complete with a convertor reducing ring that allows switching between the 2 sizes

Spider (USA) is a fitting for lamps with a harp and finial.

Slip Uno 1.5 inch (USA) this fitting is for USA lamps with a fitting under the bulb, there is more than 1 size of this type, our lampshades will only fit those where the fitting width is 1.5 inches

Lampshades made by Blue Crocus Textiles and handmade to order in our studio which is based in Ipswich, UK with an expected time from order to dispatch of 1 week or less.

Small and medium lampshades will be dispatched by Royal Mail with full tracking.

Larger handmade lampshades will be dispatched by courier.
