Drum Lampshade Workshop - 23rd May, 2026

Learn to make a professional drum lampshade in one of our friendly Saturday afternoon workshops.

What is included in the workshop?

You will be making a 30cm drum lampshade which looks lovely on a lamp base or as a ceiling pendant.

All materials and tools need to make the lampshade are provided. You can either choose from a selection of fabrics that we provide or bring your own fabric.

If you bring your own fabric you will need a 110cm x 30cm piece of fabric, the suggested fabric is a light to medium weight fabric, such as a cotton, poly cotton or a linen/cotton mix. 

Tea and coffee will be provided during the workshop.

During the workshop there will be a 10% discount on a range of lampshade making kits and fabrics.

What does the workshop cost?

The workshop normally costs £50 per person.

The number of places will be limited to 6 per workshop so that we can guide you through making a lampshade with plenty of time for 1-2-1 assistance.

The workshop will start at 3pm and is expected to last around 2 hours.
